1. Eligibility

2. Custom Fragrance Creation

  • By completing our questionnaire, you authorize Be You Fragrance Ltd to use your responses to generate personalized fragrance formulations using artificial intelligence.
  • You will receive three (3) custom sample formulations for testing. Final selection is made by you after evaluating the samples.

3. Exclusivity & Ownership

  • Once you choose a formulation, it will be exclusively registered to you and permanently archived in our system.
  • Be You Fragrance Ltd guarantees that your selected formula will not be sold or reused for any other customer.
  • We reserve the right to use anonymized data for internal research and improvement of our AI systems.

4. Ordering & Fulfillment

  • Once your final selection is made, your full-size product will be created using premium ingredients and precision equipment.
  • Your formulation is stored for future reorders to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location and shipping conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom formulations.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence for review and resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including the AI technology, brand assets, and scent development processes, is owned by Be You Fragrance Ltd and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Be You Fragrance Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. Your responses and fragrance data are securely stored and only used for the purpose of custom scent creation and order fulfillment.

8. Modifications
