Once you place your order, we typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom fragrances may take a bit longer (5–7 days) to craft and ship.
We offer sample sizes for all our fragrance bases and custom blends. Since each scent is handcrafted and personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products.
Yes! Each fragrance is crafted based on your answers, preferences, and A.I. analysis. We don’t just mix and match—our A.I. creates a blend that’s exclusive to you.
If any of the three samples are not purchased within 60 days, the formulation will be returned to the A.I. for potential reuse and will no longer be available to order from your customer dashboard.
